Westlock Controls AccuTrak Series

It is a family of industrial valve position monitors (also called switch boxes or valve monitor boxes) used to indicate whether a valve is open, closed, or partially positioned in automated process systems. These unites are widely used in O&G, petrochemical plants, water treatment, power generation, food & pharmacy and mining and hazardous-area processing.

The unit contains position cams, mechanical or proximity switches, terminal strips, beacon indicator and enclosure. Most AccuTrak models use a high-visibility dome/beacon showing valve position visually from a distance which color indicator of yellow and black for open and closed respectively. The AccuTrak series also supports multiple sensor technologies such as mechanical switches of SPDT or DPDT microswitches.

These series are designed for Class l Div 1, ATEX, IECEx and NEC/CEC Hazardous areas
Such areas are deemed as offshore platforms, refineries, LNG terminals and chemical plants

Intrinsically Safe Models

3000, 3300, 8300 Series
These series limit the energy levels to prevent ignition and offer safer maintenance and lower explosion risk

Weatherproof Models

1040, 2004, 9044, 9358, 9467, 3500 series
These series are built to withstand the outdoor environments, general industrial use and also non-hazardous areas with ratings of NEMA 4/4x and Ingress Protection of 66/67
